CONDUCT ON-BOARD

1. General Conduct

All passengers on-board shall, at all times conduct themselves with the directives of crew members that safety. Passenger shall follow all the guidelines & instructions issued time to time by Government or the Air taxi Staff while on Air taxi Safety, others passenger's safety aircraft/safety or for the purpose of maintaining good order & discipline.

In the best interest of safety, or a company's standard practice to be free, Air taxi Staff may take necessary measures to prevent continuation of such conduct, including restraint & he/She may require:

2. Denied Departure/Right to Refuse Carriage

Air Taxi may refuse to carry a passenger prior to origin if all within the sole discretion that the following have occurred or Air taxi Staff reasonably believe may occur:

• Possess prohibited items (listed or a/c B.R.D)w/prohibited dangerous items
