1. Governing Laws

These terms & conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

2. Dispute Settlement

In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the carriage, the passenger agrees to first attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiation with Air Taxi. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India.

3. Force Majeure

Air Taxi shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Air Taxi, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemic, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

4. Severability

If any provision of these terms & conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, which shall remain in full force and effect.

5. Entire Agreement

These terms & conditions, together with the conditions of carriage and any applicable tariffs, constitute the entire agreement between the passenger and Air Taxi with respect to the carriage and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, representations, and warranties.

6. Amendments

Air Taxi reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Air Taxi's services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. It is the passenger's responsibility to review these terms & conditions periodically.
