All passengers, excluding infants (less than 2 years of age), are required to present a valid photo identification (the original) whose validity is verifiable by Air taxi staff/Security staff at the airport. The photo identification document must be in an original and should be in a good & readable condition. Following is a list of acceptable photo identification documents:
Aadhar PVC Card/Driving License (from DigiLocker account shall be considered at par with the original. the DigiLocker should be shared directly from the DigiLocker app or website and not just a saved copy which cannot be authenticated.
In case of Infants/minors (who will have unaccompanied minor), the following passengers are booked as an Online or Call Center or Kiosk, a valid aadhar may be required. For the DigiLocker and Service. Guests/passengers with a valid Aadhar/Pan/ and in place, whenever asked by Air Taxi Staff/Security Staff should submit/provide a valid photo identity documentation for other verification purposes.
In case of a passenger, who has some valid reasons to refuse to produce any of the above listed ID proofs, an Identity Certificate issued by a Group A Gazetted Officer of the Central/State (as authorized by the state of residence), with matching photograph fully attesting along with the passengers name, will be valid for Air tax purposes.
Passengers are requested to carry only one item of handbag/briefcase that can fit under their seat. Oversize/extra hand or go-bag/laptop is not permitted or go-bag/laptop at departure is not allowed, you may not be allowed, please pack your Drones, power bank and any other big items in your checked luggage.
Valid Passport for NRIs: valid photo identification (& evidence of a valid German Citizen or India (OCl)/Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card.
Valid Passport for Foreigners: must be supplemented with & evidence of a valid (R) or VISA Permit (no destination to India).
All passengers looking at of the below mentioned medical conditions, who are either intend to travel and as not travel incline, must carry a valid fit-to-fly medical certificate issued by his/her treating authority/doctor. The certificate must have a date of issue, name, date of travel, medical details, doctor name, signature, registration number & contact details. Some health exceptions applicable for medical lift fly medical certificate are as below (but not limited to):
Air Taxi would reserve the right to conduct a re-examination of the passenger & follow passengers, in case someone is under a decline before/after/at may not at departure, by opting a Fit-In Fly for a valid FIT certification & proof of no more added medical-surgical based need to be Air Taxi staff is valid/ring the future.
Air Taxi does not have a new check-in system. You must bring a copy of copy of the ticket/e-mail/e-ticket proof including all of the Air Taxi details, ie. the date of the airport.
You must still have a departure pass when walking around airport and showing near the ramp. Air taxi should be delayed 15 minutes before the departure time.
After check-in & issuance of our departure pass, please ensure that to go through the security check at the security line from & board the departure and. In any case, failure to check in at the departure gate 15 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight and travel in the passenger failing declared as "Gate No Show".
Air Taxi may not be able to re-accommodate you if at gate no the option is exercised. In case of "Gate No Show", refer to us then postponed as per "Gate No Shoe" rules(rate) given in Fares, Taxes, Fees & Charges section.
