SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

1. Unaccompanied Minor (UMNR)

A minor above the age of 5 (FIVE) (but below 5.5 (FIVE) 2 years of age as on the date of travel) & who is not accompanied by a parent/legal guardian or an incharge or under guardian/s.

Air Taxi accepts unaccompanied minors (between 5-12 years), for acceptance, subject to the following conditions:

• Any booking of minors with family is upon Requests for Carriage; this is approved upon the Air taxi Sector
• Payment for an additional charge per child will be made prior to Travel, upon Final Caring up of sector
• A child under 5 with his/or accompanying adult is also categorized as unaccompanied. The unaccompanied

The UMNR Pack is preserved near 3000. Air taxi Staff members will escort the UMNR, if the drop in & open landing till reviewed by the authorized agent/receiver, only after ascertaining the identity of the person as per the details mentioned in the UMNR Request for Carriage Form.

2. Pregnant Women / Women in Advance Pregnancy

Air Taxi recommends that pregnant women past the 28th week of pregnancy, make travel flight in consultation with their treating physicians.

Pregnant women with single pregnancy are allowed to fly till the 36th week of pregnancy and women with multiple pregnancy are allowed to fly till the 32nd week of pregnancy.

• If a woman is 28 weeks pregnant onwards the fit must be taken/taken along with copy of latest Ultrasound report to confirm the number of fetus
• Pregnant woman with medical complications must produce the Fit to Fly certificate from the attending doctor
• The travelling woman should carry with themselves all documents related to pregnancy (including the Ultrasound reports) till & fetus details.

3. Pet Carriage

Air Taxi can allow pets to be carried on a very limited basis, since Air Taxi is a small aircraft and the place is limited. This is subject to certain restrictions. The pet will have to be pre-booked at least 24 to 48 hours prior to departure and is approved at the discretion of the airline.

4. Carriage of Pet Cremains Remains

Such pet ashes or cremated remains are allowed on Air Taxi flights.

5. Differently Abled Passengers/PRM/Passengers with Adverse Medical Conditions

Air Taxi shall make every effort to accept passengers with restricted mobility (PRM). PRM-they have to pre-access & passengers with adverse medical condition, of that for travel may provide at least 48-hour notice/prior information should have based. Air Taxi has in place to provide sound medical confirmation as to PRM. Differently abled passengers & passengers with adverse conditions are not suffer but are welcome on all routes subject to be confined up in our sector.

• Those get traveling with a prosthetic devices that is in a sister-sealed container will. Or you all/the applicable devices
• Person giving sign with visual & low hearing impairment
• Passengers with visual (partial to full) blindness
• Passengers with post-surgery restricted disabilities/Assistance/Moveable/Body/wheelchair way
• Those persons traveling with personal sticks/such as a pacemaker and and the like heart
• Person pre-control led by a battery Portable Oxygen device, which is FAA.

Passengers with any other adverse medical condition for which they are eligible that such as have to holds their reservation.
